Classic Red Valentine's Nails | Chanel Rouge Rubis

Its no secret that Valentine's day is nearly upon is. With an abundancy of red roses and heart shaped chocolates filling up every shop known to mankind,  there is no hiding from the Valentine's festivities. With the rather noticeable theme of red and pink attached to the season, its only expected that a girl should adjust her nails to match the occasion. So, out came my Chanel Rouge Rubis nail polish, and onto the nails it went. Red is such a classy colour for this time of year, and Chanel is such a classy brand. So, when you put two and two together, you get an all-classy, all-red bonanza. 

There's just something so sophisticated about red - it has a true elegance about it. This particular polish is a lovely formula (the classic Chanel we all know and love), and gives a beautiful, shiny effect when on the nails. It is a true red, with not too many of those sometimes-slightly-annoying pink undertones. Its the perfect colour for Valentines day and helps you slot your way into the festivities - no matter how you're spending Valentine's this year.
